Global Challenges, Local Solutions
Each designathon topic is related to its participants’ specific context, and is also nested within a bigger global challenge linked to one of the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals, such as water scarcity, poverty, deforestation, or citizenship. Little Green Fingers
We launched an international collaboration through the Erasmus+ project Little Green Fingers, helping young learners explore and connect with nature while thinking like young scientists. Through hands-on lessons, experiments, and creative activities, children develop curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a deeper appreciation for the environment. Our resources make teaching about nature easy and fun for both teachers and parents, inspiring a lifelong love for the natural world. More about it here!

Designathon Community
Our Community of Practice is a global network of educators and education professionals dedicated to empowering children to design a better world. Through collaboration and knowledge sharing, we foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving in young minds. Together, we promote the Designathon method, advocate for education as a key tool against climate change, and recognize children as powerful agents of change. Join us today!

Global Children's Designathon
Global Children's Designathon is our flagship annual event, hosted in countries worldwide on 12 April 2025. Throughout the day, children will work on regenerative environments, designing spaces where both nature and humanity can thrive. They will exchange ideas with international peers and present their work to an expert panel and a wider audience. This initiative is not merely an event; it’s a celebration of children's creativity as a powerful force for positive change. Join us!
